I have fine hair that doesn't have much body and this gives it body without weighing it down or plastering it down. YMMV, but it works for me.
I bought this on Amazon but actually from GOOD LOOKING DISCOUNTS. They shipped very quickly and even included a free gift of a product that I passed on to another family member.

This is a light liquid spritz that goes into your hair before blow drying or curling. It is NOT intended to produce curls but to produce body and volume. You may want some hairspray to set your style after blow drying/curling. As with all Aveda products a little goes a long way. Well with this particular product, a lot produces no further effect. Again as with all Aveda products the fragrance is light and pleasing. It won't last the day so no interference with your perfumes. It merely prevents the outraged grumbles of those standing within 7 feet of you when you do you hair.

Never got the product. I have to check whether I got credit for this. Seller canceled delivery. I had to go directly to Aveda to get both items ordered. Waste of my time because I had to wait an extra week before I finally got the products.
